Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Familiarity with data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations and data accuracy.
• Serve as payroll backup and support payroll admins.
• Maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR for system requirements and solutions.
• Provide user training and technical support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR metrics.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality within HRIS.
