Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of payroll and HRIS leadership experience.
• Experience with audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Multi-state payroll experience, including tax and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for approximately 2,700 employees across 30 states.
• Serve as functional owner of HRIS platform, ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Generate and analyze payroll and HRIS reports for business decisions.
• Develop and implement procedures to monitor workflow and improve efficiency.
