Job summary

City of Lakeland is seeking a seasoned HRIS Supervisor to oversee the HR information systems and the HR Operations team. You will supervise data tables, reporting, and system upgrades, ensuring accurate records and efficient service delivery.

The role requires a strong technical and analytical background with experience in HRIS, reporting, and collaboration with IT and Payroll teams. A Bachelor's degree and five years in HRIS are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS data tables, structures, files, and interfaces; coordinate with IT and Payroll for reporting.
• Lead and ensure accuracy of pay adjustments, changes to pay scales, and table information.
• Maintain Position Management System with relevant departments.
• Implement process improvements for electronic documents and data processing.
• Maintain technology inventory and asset management/upgrades of equipment.
• Supervise HRIS operations staff and provide leadership and performance oversight.
