Job summary

Canopy Aerospace and Defense is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Operations to design and run the HRIS and related workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Human Resources, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Operations and site leadership.

The successful candidate will own HRIS configuration, data governance, integrations with ATS, benefits, and IT provisioning, and partner with Payroll on

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience across Human Resources operations, HRIS or HR systems, or related fields.
• Experience owning an HRIS as system owner or primary administrator.
• Experience leading at least one full system implementation or major reconfiguration.

Responsibilities

• Own the HRIS configurations, workflows, security, and release management.
• Lead integrations between HRIS and connected systems (ATS, background checks, benefits, IT provisioning).
• Collaborate with Payroll to design workflows and controls between HR and Payroll.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive fixes with cross-functional partners.
• Design and build HR processes and lifecycle workflows across functions.
• Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships.
