Job summary

Loram Maintenance of Way is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize Dayforce HCM and Cornerstone LMS. You will manage data quality, reporting, and integrations while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Learning teams to strengthen governance and reduce manual processes.

The role focuses on system administration, user support, and continuous improvement, ensuring secure, reliable HR systems aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS/LMS/HCM experience including admin, reporting, data governance.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy, confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce and Cornerstone data across employee, org, job, and training records.
• Support configuration, security roles, access, testing, and deployment for HR systems.
• Monitor data flow between Dayforce and Cornerstone; troubleshoot integrations.
• Develop HR, payroll, workforce, and learning reports and dashboards.
• Provide user support, create process docs, train users, and promote improvements.
