Job summary

Neier Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Chicago, IL. This role involves maintaining the HRIS – UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready system and providing support to the HR Manager and other departments. Responsibilities include managing payroll processes, employee onboarding, and benefits coordination.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree, has 1–3 years of HR experience, and is proficient in Microsoft products. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready HRIS system.
• Experience with benefits coordination strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain UKG modules and implement use of new modules.
• Provide Kronos help desk support and generate reports for managerial staff.
• Manage open enrollment and update all benefits & TPAs.
