Job summary

Fincantieri Marine Group (FMG) in Green Bay, WI is seeking a SAP Business Analyst Intern to support HRIS operations, including SAP and Workday projects. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and HRIS stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system functionality while supporting HR technology initiatives.

The internship involves domestic travel as needed and emphasis on confidentiality, safety, and compliance with FMG policies.

Qualifications

Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills.
Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
Must adhere to ISO and OSHA policies established by FMG and have high values for safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Assist with SAP and Workday HRIS support, including troubleshooting system issues and analyzing and validating HR data
Support system testing, reporting, and maintaining accurate HRIS data and system information
Serve as a liaison between HR and IT by gathering business requirements, communicating system needs, and supporting HRIS enhancements
Collaborate with HRIS, HR, IT stakeholders, and vendors on system projects and process-related initiatives
Other duties as assigned
