Fincantieri Marine Group is seeking an HR Intern at our Sturgeon Bay, WI location to support human resources activities. This role provides administrative and analytical assistance to the HR team, with exposure to engagement and recruitment initiatives.

Domestic travel may be required. The internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder communication within a shipbuilding environment.

Position Summary

The HR Intern is responsible for providing human resources, administrative, and analytical support. The HR Intern works directly with management and the HR team on a broad spectrum of employee engagement, recruitment, process improvement, and organizational initiatives.

Domestic travel may be required.

• Support analysis of basic HR data and key workforce metrics to build understanding of employee needs, business operations, and decision-making
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and contribute to employee engagement, recruitment, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate information clearly through multiple formats (written, verbal, and presentations) to support team and stakeholder understanding
