• 3+ years of experience in HR data analytics, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and ADP.
• Experience with Workday-ADP integrations.
• Experience with Workday tenant merge data workstreams.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data entry into Workday and ADP including job data and org updates.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure consistent data.
• Serve as data resource for integrations between Workday, ADP and HR/payroll systems.
• Support Workday to Workday tenant merge data workstreams.
• Collaborate with HR and IT on integration testing and data audits.
• Support Workday Compensation tenant setup and data integrity checks.
• Document data flows and mappings for change management and audits.
• Identify data quality issues that affect integration or merges.
