Job Description:

The HRIS Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the team through the recent transition to Dayforce. This role focuses on ticket triage, employee support, and maintaining system updates within the HRIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of HRIS-related tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and troubleshooting within Dayforce.
• Conduct Dayforce timesheet demos and assist with changes or adjustments to timekeeping data.
• Support PTO plan updates, user access changes, and overall HRIS system improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize shared services processes.

Qualifications:

• 6 months–1+ year of Dayforce/Ceridian experience (or similar HRIS platforms).
• Prior experience supporting HRIS systems (e.g., updating employee records or providing system support).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Upbeat, outgoing personality with the ability to interact with employees daily.

Additional Details:

• Schedule:Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Team:Reporting to HRIS Manager, working within a close-knit team of 4–5 members.
