National Heritage Academies is seeking an HRIS Consultant to support Oracle Fusion HCM and related platforms (OnBase, CRM Dynamics) in Grand Rapids, MI. You will partner with People Services, IT, and Change Management to drive full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through implementation and documentation.

The role offers growth opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering impactful HR technology solutions across 65,000+ students and 100+ schools.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS processing and technology; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
• Experience with position management or Core HR processes; familiarity with OnBase or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Basic project management skills.
