ROCKCREST is seeking experienced HRIS Consultants to join our growing consultant network. We partner with organizations across industries to deliver HR technology expertise, helping clients assess, implement, optimize, and enhance their HRIS environments.

We're looking for consultants with hands-on experience in ADP, UKG, Dayforce, Paycor, Paylocity, Paycom, and other HR tech solutions. Whether your strength is in implementation, post go-live support, system optimization, or strategic HR

Qualifications

• Experience consulting on one or more HRIS platforms.
• Hands-on HRIS implementations, configurations, and post go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess HRIS environments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support HRIS platforms per requirements.
• Provide functional expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Talent, and Reporting.
• Lead or support HRIS implementations, system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and post go live engagements.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend solutions that improve workflows, data accuracy, compliance, and the employee experience.
• Develop system documentation, testing plans, and testing for configuration changes and new functionality.
• Deliver end user training, knowledge transfer, and best practice recommendations to maximize system adoption.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and leadership teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations that help clients maximize the value of their HR technology investments.
