You will collaborate with the Senior Manager, Total Rewards & Data to ensure accurate HR data across compliance, enrollment, and performance processes. The position is full-time in our Chicago office, with a hybrid schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of HR/Payroll data management experience or 7 years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of HRIS, benefits administration and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong analytic and dashboard/reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communications and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits enrollments and audits.
• Prepare reports and implement system updates.
• Partner with Total Rewards & Data for organization-wide reporting.
• Serve as primary HRIS administrator for day-to-day configurations and troubleshooting.
