Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS administration or analyst experience with direct Paylocity ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to audit, troubleshoot, and optimize HRIS configurations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills — comfortable building reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing Paylocity configuration.
• Own Paylocity configuration and manage user access.
• Design and maintain a standard HR reporting suite.
