Job summary

NetJets is seeking an HRIS Analyst, Senior to design, configure, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors upgrades and processes. You will support the global HR COE on HR technology and guide the HRIS team in system improvements.

You will lead cross-functional projects, manage vendors, and ensure privacy compliance while driving data-driven HR initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Experience with HR Information Systems required; SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM platform is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong data visualization skills.
Analytical mindset with problem solving; detail-oriented and highly accurate.
Able to translate user needs into system changes and improve efficiency.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills; handle confidential data.
Knowledge of HR and Payroll practices; participation in HR projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain the global HCM platform (SAP SuccessFactors) including auditing transactions and ensuring policy compliance.
Assist in implementing new technologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, data conversions and testing.
Lead cross-functional meetings and projects supporting the HR technology roadmap.
Vendor management to ensure on-time deliverables and budget adherence.
Maintain data privacy compliance and apply change controls to employee records.

Purpose of Position

The HRIS Analyst, Senior will be responsible for ensuring proper design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of system upgrades, change requests and processes. Support the respective global HR COE (s) on HR technology. Provides guidance to the HRIS Analyst position.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Support and maintenance of the global HCM platform (SAP SuccessFactors) including, but not limited to, auditing of employee transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, researching and resolving system problems and unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
In partnership with the larger HRIS Team, assist in the implementation of new technology platforms, system upgrades & enhancement projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization
Leads cross-functional team meetings and projects in support of the HR technology roadmap. Effectively communicates project status, open items, and follow-up items.
Vendor management of our managed service partners and consultants by ensuring the team is acccountable to deliverables and staying on time and on budget.
Understands and maintains employees' Data Privacy compliance measures, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management. Follows appropriate change control processes and approval processes when applying updates to employee records and other system configuration.
