Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO is seeking a HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary resource for HRIS systems and the liaison between HR, IS, and vendors. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, support system enhancements, and help automate HR processes across the organization.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate with management at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MBA is preferred for advanced business and project leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel proficiency.

Works with the business area and/or project teams to assess needs for the various business functions, translate business functional requirements into technical specifications and recommends appropriate scope of requirements.Education: Required: Bachelors in a Related Field Preferred: Masters of Business Administration Experience: 1-2 Years Related Experience Skills: Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Knowledge of current information technology and an ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity.
