What you’ll do:
System Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries. Ensure the system is configured to meet the needs of the Talent (HR) department and other stakeholders. Manage system releases and assist in developing plans for improvements and new features.
Data Integrity & Utilization: Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS. Conduct regular audits and implement data validation processes.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate reports to provide insights into HR metrics and trends. Utilize analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement improvements.
Training, Support and Documentation: Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of the Talent systems. Aid and troubleshoot system issues through logged tickets and enhancement requests. Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS processes, configurations, and updates.
Compliance & Security: Ensure the HRIS complies with data protection regulations and company policies. Implement security measures to protect sensitive information. Work with Internal and External Audit teams to provide testing and evidence of Talent/HRIS processes for compliance.
Project Management: Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience with Workday HCM Core and other Talent SKUs.
2+ years on a HRIS or Talent Technology Team in HR, IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of HR processes and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
