Job summary

BCD Travel seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant specializing in Employee Central and Time Off to configure, test, and support global Time Off processes. This remote, 12-month contract role requires hands-on setup and collaboration with business stakeholders.

The consultant will manage MDF objects, data structures, rules, and release readiness across multi-country deployments. Responsibilities include SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, and staying current with SF release updates.

SF EC and Time Off Consultant (Remote)

Full time, India

This is a 12-month contract position. The shift timing is 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting Time Off processes, MDF objects, business rules, and release management activities for Employee Central. The ideal candidate should have hands-on configuration experience and be capable of working independently with business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions including time types, accruals, eligibility rules, workflows, and absence processes
• Configure and support Employee Central foundation object and employee data structures
• Configure and maintain Employee Central foundation object maintain MDF Objects, Object Definitions, Associations, business rules and related configurations
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution
• Review SAP SuccessFactors release updates and recommend adoption of relevant features

What You'll Bring

• Prior hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong configuration experience in Employee Central and Time Off modules
• Expertise in time types and its workflows, time accounts, accrual rules, and take rules/business rules
• Experience working in multi country SuccessFactors implementations and support environments is a plus
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred
