Job summary

Garney is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain data integrity across the HRIS, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with HR and business units to meet reporting needs.

The role includes supporting configuration, testing, and implementing updates, while ensuring privacy and compliance, and aiding training on system functionality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an HRIS, HR analytics, or HR operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas) and experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HRIS data integrity by auditing, reviewing, and correcting employee records.
• Develop, generate, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Partner with HR team members and business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into system queries or dashboards.

• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and coordinate with IT or system vendors as needed.
• Document HRIS processes, data flows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

An HRIS Analystpositionis available at Garney.This role is responsible for the maintenance, analysis, and reporting of employee data across the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role supports HR and business leaders through data integrity, system functionality, process improvement, and the delivery of accurate, timely reports. The HRS A**Inalyst** serves as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues, supporting HR processes, and optimizing system performance.
