This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in UKG (Kronos) HR and/or UKG Workforce Management.
This is a Hybrid position that requires one day onsite per week in Cooperstown, NY or Oneonta, NY. Highly qualified candidates with extensive experience and systems knowledge in UKG will be considered for fully remote opportunities
The HRIS Analyst is a key resource for the Human Resources department. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining the data integrity of all HR Information Systems (HRIS) and software applications. The HRIS Analyst compiles accurate and timely reports, develops metrics, and identifies trends. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing support and project implementation services for human resources applications. The HRIS Analyst works with internal Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to define system specifications/requirements, design, develop, program, and test features and functionality within various HR modules/applications. The HRIS Analyst responsibilities include primary ownership (serving as Subject Matter Expert) of medium-to-high complexity modules/applications. Requires solid understanding of HR business processes, workflow, and system architecture. The HRIS Analyst will partner with IT to address system break-fixes and routine patch/upgrade rollouts.

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement.
Pay Range Minimum: USD $74,953.23/Yr.
Pay Range Maximum: USD $112,429.85/Yr.
