The HRIS Analyst is a support-level position within the HRIS organization. This role involves assisting with and maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications, including time & attendance and HCM programs, along with other systems supported by the HRIS team. The analyst serves as a technical point-of-contact for designated functional areas, ensuring data integrity through configurations, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements. Additionally, the role supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.

Applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington: Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, skills, experience, degrees, and certifications. The salary range for this position is $70K to $85K.
