The Doe Run Company is seeking a HRIS Analyst to be the technical lead for the Human Resources Information Systems responsible for maintaining and improving the functionality of HR systems, troubleshooting and problem-solving HRIS issues, and designing and testing all system upgrades and conversions. This position is based out of our Corporate Office in St. Louis, MO.

This position offers a competitive base pay and is eligible for the Company variable pay (bonus) plan. Benefits start on the first day and include insurance, paid time off, and various customer discount programs.
Education & Experience:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) preferred, or other HR Systems.
Basic knowledge of laws related to benefits, confidentiality, and the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a plus.

High School or better.
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
3-7 years: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in HR systems (UKG, ADP, Paycor, etc.); may consider a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HR systems (UKG, ADP, Paycor, etc.).
HR System implementation and/or migration experience strongly preferred
