HR Systems Responsibilities:

1. Understanding Oracle HCM Cloud data structures for reporting.
2. Ensuring data consistency across HCM modules.
3. Participating in HR systems configuration and testing.
4. Troubleshooting data issues for all HR systems and processes.

Analytics Responsibilities:

1. Acting as an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and reporting (BI, OTBI, and Tableau experience required).
2. Collaborating with stakeholders on reporting needs to provide actionable insights. Possesses a deep understanding of business drivers and the impact of people data on strategy. Experience with external benchmark data and maintaining confidentiality.
3. Maintaining data integrity and documentation for reports.
4. Supporting stakeholders with reports and dashboards.
5. Staying updated on Oracle HCM Cloud analytics features.
6. Participating in upgrades related to reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience with a focus on analytics.
3. Proven experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
4. Strong understanding of HR data and processes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in data visualization.
7. SQL skills (preferred).

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national salary range for this role is ($91,100 - 145,800). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus, and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
