Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team. People are the foundation of LegalZoom’s success, and this role ensures we have the systems and data in place to support our growing organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about working hands-on with HR data and processes using Oracle HCM. In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance our HR systems, ensure data integrity, support analytics needs, and streamline operations for improved accuracy and efficiency. You will
Understanding Oracle HCM Cloud data structures for reporting.
Ensuring data consistency across HCM modules.
Participating in HR systems configuration and testing.
Troubleshooting data issues for all HR systems and processes
Acting as an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and reporting (BI, OTBI and Tableau experience required).
Collaborates with stakeholders on reporting needs to provide actionable insights. Possesses a deep understanding of business drivers and the impact of people data on strategy. Experience with external benchmark data and maintaining confidentiality.
Maintaining data integrity and documentation for reports.
Supporting stakeholders with reports and dashboards.
Staying updated on Oracle HCM Cloud analytics features.
Participating in upgrades related to reporting.
You have
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience with a focus on analytics.
Proven experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
Strong understanding of HR data and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data visualization.
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($91,100 - 145,800) . Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
