Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to support the HR leadership with data-driven projects. You will run UKG reports, maintain employee data integrity, and design HR data systems. The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and BI skills and offers opportunities across a distributed workforce.

You'll collaborate with HR operations on job evaluation and equity, build dashboards, and present insights to leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a financial or business analyst working with HR/compensation data.
• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience.
• Advanced Excel with large data sets.
• BI experience with Power BI or Cognos.
• SQL experience.
• Basic statistics understanding.
• Excel/data integrations for forms and surveys.
• Azure/PowerAutomate experience.
• Ability to process and collate large amounts of information.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc UKG reports to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data in UKG; audit data regularly.
• Design data recording systems for the HR department.
• Process employee data changes.
• Familiarize with Morgan & Morgan's organizational structure to identify data needs.
• Manage UKG integrations with vendors and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain basic queries and dashboards.
• Review data reports to locate and resolve mistakes.
• Provide data for HR business reports and leadership.

HR Data Analyst

With our exponential growth, our need for operational support roles to support our talent & business needs, continues to grow.Morgan & Morgan is currently seeking an outstanding candidate to serve as the HRIS Data Analyst who will work on projects to meet the people needs of our firm. HRIS Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting core HR leadership team in various HR data driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data within UKG. Perform regular audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the HR department.
• Process employee data changes.
• Quickly coming up to speed with Morgan & Morgan's organizational structure and recognizing where data changes are needed.
• Manage and maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems
• Develop and maintain basic, query, and data entry reports and dashboards.
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout.
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
• Create HR business reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Support HR Operations leadership in job evaluation and equity.
• Communicate the results of the data analysis in written and verbal form to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst working specifically with HR and compensation data
• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience
• Advanced Excel skills, proficient in formulas, tables, charts, and formatting with large data sets
• BI experience- Power BI or Cognos
• SQL experience
• Basic statistics understanding
• Excel/Data integrations for form filling and surveys
• Azure/PowerAutomate experience
• Ability to process and collate large amounts of information
• Demonstrated time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
