Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an HRIS Data Analyst to support the HR leadership with data-driven projects. You will run and distribute reports from UKG, maintain data integrity, and design analytics systems across HR.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR data analytics experience, strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Cognos, plus UKG Pro familiarity. This role supports a large, distributed organization with collaborative growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst working with HR and compensation data.
• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets; proficient in formulas, tables, charts; Power BI or Cognos.
• Excel/Data integrations for form filling and surveys; Azure/Power Automate experience.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data within UKG; perform data audits.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use across HR.
• Process employee data changes.
• Manage and maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
• Develop and maintain basic, query, and data entry reports and dashboards.
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes.
• Accurately analyze and collect data for HR reports; create insights for leadership.

HRIS Data Analyst

Morgan & Morgan is currently seeking an outstanding candidate to serve as the HRIS Data Analyst who will work on projects to meet the people needs of our firm. The HRIS Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting core HR leadership team in various HR data driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business operations.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data within UKG. Perform regular audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the HR department.
• Process employee data changes.
• Quickly coming up to speed with Morgan & Morgan’s organizational structure and recognizing where data changes are needed.
• Manage and maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems
• Develop and maintain basic, query, and data entry reports and dashboards.
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout.
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
• Create HR business reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Support HR Operations leadership in job evaluation and equity.
• Communicate the results of the data analysis in written and verbal form to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst working specifically with HR and compensation data
• UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience
• Advanced Excel skills, proficient in formulas, tables, charts, and formatting with large data sets
• BI experience- Power BI or Cognos
• SQL experience
• Basic statistics understanding
• Excel/Data integrations for form filling and surveys
• Azure/PowerAutomate experience
• Ability to process and collate large amounts of information
• Demonstrated time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
