VSC Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage UKG HRIS modules, ensure data integrity, and provide accurate HR analytics and reporting.

You will configure systems, process personnel data, support payroll timelines, and train HR staff on best practices while maintaining compliance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience as HRIS Administrator with UKG products (Kronos/UKG Pro).
• Strong HR processes knowledge: payroll, time & attendance, benefits, compliance.
• Proficiency in data analytics and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration and data integrity.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for HR data processing and personnel actions.
• Review HR paperwork for completeness and processing per policies.
• Enter and update employee job data in HRIS, ensuring payroll deadline compliance.
• Process personnel data changes promptly and accurately.
• Assist in managing personnel files and service requests.
• Demonstrate strong customer service mindset for user needs.
