Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking an HRIS Administrator to support SaaS HCM systems, including core HR, ATS and Payroll, in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

The role emphasizes execution, customer service and problem solving while collaborating with Payroll, HR, IT and external vendors to ensure data integrity, timely technical support, and clear guidance to system users. Prior 2+ years experience with web-based HRIS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with one or more web-based HRIS, HCM-ADP preferred
• Moderate Excel skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Job Summary

The HRIS Administrator non-exempt position is for an execution and customer service minded team player who has hands on trouble shooting and customer support experience with SaaS HCM systems including core HR, ATS and Payroll.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal technical teams, HR, Payroll and 3rd party services to ensure timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance is provided to all HRIS/HCM system users
• Provide support for data/system errors, HR/HRIS standard operating procedures, security account creation and maintenance
• Ensure data integrity
• Performs additional accountabilities as required
