Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three (3) years of related experience.
• Associates degree with five (5) years of related experience may substitute.
• Master’s degree with one (1) year of related experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a secondary HR liaison and support HR, Finance, and Research communications.
• Process personnel actions including hiring, compensation changes, and data updates in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, salary adjustments, and master spreadsheets.
