• Integrate gaze, expression, gesture, and other sensors for social context.
• Build memory/personalization for long-term user-robot relationships.
• Stay updated on HRI, NLP, multimodal AI and social sciences.
• Lead projects from conception to production deployment.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers.
• Bridge research with practical engineering.
