Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта HRBP, подтвержденный опыт партнерства с руководителями технологий и инженерии.
• Не менее 2 лет hands-on HRBP опыта поддержки Tech-функций (Software Eng., Data, AI, Infrastructure и т.д.), желательно в технологических компаниях.
• Глубокое понимание организационного дизайна, планирования рабочей силы и управления_Performance.
• Умение работать с руководством на уровне CTO и старших инженеров, сильные коммуникационные навыки и управленческие способности.
• Умение работать с данными и аналитикой для повышения качества талантов и продуктивности.

Responsibilities

• Плотное сотрудничество с CTO и руководителями в области Engineering, Data и Infrastructure, предоставление стратегической и практической поддержки по HR.
• Разработка организационных структур, планирования рабочей силы и карьерного развития технических специалистов.
• Руководство процессами Performance Management, оценками персонала, продвижениями и удержанием сотрудников.
• Совместная работа с HR COEs и Talent Acquisition по найму и конкурентоспособности вознаграждений.
• Аналитика персонала и внедрение HR-политик в соответствии с законами и стандартами.

Задачи:

Partner closely with the CTO and senior leaders across Software Engineering, Data, AI, Infrastructure, and related technology functions, providing strategic and hands-on HR support. Develop a strong understanding of technology priorities, engineering operating models, organizational structures, and technical talent challenges, translating them into effective people strategies. Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning, engineering team structures, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Drive performance management, talent reviews, technical career development, promotions, retention, and leadership development initiatives. Partner with engineering leaders to identify critical technical capabilities, talent gaps, productivity challenges, and opportunities to strengthen engineering effectiveness. Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary cases, employee disputes, and sensitive investigations. Collaborate with HR COEs and Talent Acquisition on strategic technical hiring, compensation competitiveness, talent retention, and organizational transformation. Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to improve talent quality, organizational productivity, and workforce planning. Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices in alignment with applicable employment regulations and internal governance standards.

Требования:

5+ years of HRBP experience, with proven experience partnering with senior technology and engineering leaders. At least 2 years hands-on HRBP experience supporting Tech functions (such as Software Engineering, Data, AI, Infrastructure, or related technical functions), preferably within leading technology, internet, fintech, or high-growth companies. Strong understanding of engineering organizational structures, technical talent markets, engineering career frameworks, and the challenges of scaling technology teams. Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and complex employee relations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and maturity to advise and challenge CTO-level executives and senior engineering leaders. Data-driven, commercially minded, and hands-on, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently. Fluent Chinese is mandatory, with excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills. English is a strong advantage. Experience supporting large-scale, distributed engineering teams in a fast-paced, international, and rapidly evolving technology environment is preferred.
