Job summary

Bybit is seeking a trading product designer with 3+ years in trading products to lead the design and optimization of spot trading features, directing end-to-end product planning and delivery. You will deepen the user experience and explore AI-driven trading tool design, including smart order execution and market analysis assistants.

Additionally, you will drive CeDeFi and Real-World Asset innovation, bringing DeFi concepts into centralized exchange workflows and productizing asset classes like

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading products.
• Familiar with spot/derivatives trading systems.
• Deep understanding of order-matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical mechanics.
• Outstanding product design capability with end-to-end ownership (0 to 1).
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the crypto asset market and industry trends.
• Experience building on-chain trading platforms or DeFi protocol integrations.
• Hands-on exploration in AI + trading integration.

Responsibilities

• Trading Product Design & Optimization: plan, design, and iterate spot trading features; lead new feature implementations; explore AI-driven tool design (smart order execution, market analysis).
• CeDeFi & RWA Innovation & Exploration: drive on-chain spot operations, promote CeDeFi products, and advance asset classes such as Real-World Assets, tokenized stocks, and Pre-IPO assets.

Job Overview

This role requires a deep understanding of trading system architecture, order matching logic, user experience, and on‑chain assets. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess forward‑looking insight and a strong interest in the trend of financial asset tokenization (such as Tokenized Stocks, Pre‑IPO, and RWA Yield).

• 1. Trading Product Design & Optimization Responsible for the planning, design, and continuous iteration of spot trading products. Lead the implementation of new trading features and continuously optimize the user trading experience. Explore AI‑driven trading tool design and applications (e.g., smart order execution, market analysis assistance). Deeply understand core trading system mechanics, including order matching engines, order lifecycle management, and order book depth management.
• 2. CeDeFi & RWA Innovation & Exploration Drive innovation in on‑chain spot operations, bringing DeFi innovations into centralized exchanges (CEX). Promote the launch of CeDeFi products, bridging on‑chain and off‑chain trading experiences. Monitor and advance the productization of emerging asset classes such as Real‑World Assets (RWA), Tokenized Stocks, and Pre‑IPO assets.

• Experience building on‑chain trading platforms or integrating DeFi protocols.
• Hands‑on experience or deep research in RWAs, tokenized stocks, or on‑chain yield products.
• Hands‑on exploration in AI + trading integration.
• Familiarity with major public chain ecosystems and smart contract interaction logic.
