Job summary

2K Games is seeking a Manager, HRBP & Labor Relations to partner with cross-functional studios from MoCap to Global Services, delivering strategic HR programs. This hybrid role is based at our Petaluma studio and focuses on union relations, workforce planning, and employee engagement across a distributed workforce.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of HR experience in HRBP and labor relations, strong CBA experience, and excellent communication skills. Travel to Petaluma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience with HRBP and labor relations exposure.
• Experience supporting unionized populations; CBA administration is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptable to ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day HR partner for MoCap, Research & Insights, and Global Services; build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
• Partner with leaders on org health, workforce planning, talent development, and engagement across distributed teams.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance, development, and team effectiveness.
• Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers; liaise with recruiters on staffing, role fit, and budget guidance.
• Lead primary HR relationship for MoCap unionized workforce; ensure CBA compliance and coordination with Legal/COEs on complex matters.
• Support contract negotiations by collecting data on pay, benefits, and working conditions; prepare required documentation.
• Stay current on labor law and best practices; act as internal LR resource for the HRBP team.
