FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Manager to support training and HR operations across our stores in the area. You will partner with the Area HR Manager to train Store Managers and HR staff, manage payroll and timekeeping, and maintain personnel records.

The role emphasizes recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance with employment laws, delivering reliable HR support to drive staffing and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience in retail HR a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR Manager on employee relations and staffing objectives.
• Process reports and administrative HR tasks, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide HR support at the store level and train managers and coordinators.
• Support recruiting through on-site events and external sources; maintain open jobs.
