Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise HR technology experience.
• 7+ years leading large-scale HR technology solutions and programs.
• Deep expertise in one or more major HR platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HRSD, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Varicent).
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data architectures.
• Experience partnering with business executives and technology leadership teams.
• Experience managing vendors, AMS providers, or consulting partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology partner for HR and the single technical contact for HR technology needs across the HCM service portfolio.
• Provide technical leadership for solution design, governance, and delivery across HR platforms.
• Lead platform ownership and modernization, including security, integrations, and data management.
• Drive intake, prioritization, and demand management with cross-functional teams and vendors.
