Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Technology, HRIS, or related disciplines.
• Experience serving in a lead, coordinator, senior specialist, or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR Technology and Shared Services.
• Supervise staff and manage service queues and escalation support.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and staff development activities.
• Ensure adherence to service levels, policies, and procedures.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and HR transaction processing.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
