Qualifications

• General: Must be 21 years of age or older and qualify for a tribal non-gaming license.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business office preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in HR, administrative role preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Paycom HRIS; data entry and recordkeeping; recruitment and evaluation knowledge; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Physical: Requires normal hearing, vision, speech, dexterity; ability to sit for long periods; able to lift up to 30 lbs.
