Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5 years in HRIS or related systems administration, configuration, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR discipline or related field; HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand needs and recommend scalable HRIS solutions.
• Configure HRIS systems including security and core functionality.
• Lead projects across multiple org areas and manage scopes and timelines.
• Develop HRIS documentation and provide guidance to analysts and team members.
• Design and maintain HR reports and data structures for governance and reporting.
