Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Oracle HCM Configuration Analyst to lead end-to-end ORC configuration and support across regions. You will integrate with Core HR, design intuitive workflows, and work with HR stakeholders to improve candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in Oracle Cloud HCM, strong Fast Formulas skills, and experience with OVI integrations, HDL data loads, and BI reporting. This is a hybrid role requiring relocation consideration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience with 2 full-lifecycle implementations or significant ORC support across countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Recruiting, Onboarding and related HR processes.
• Proven ability to write Fast Formulas and manage OVI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure ORC for global regions, including Job Requisitions, CSP, and Career Sites.
• Support and maintain ORC integrations with third-party vendors.
• Lead release impact assessment and regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ORC configurations.
