Job summary

Lennox International’s Allied Air Enterprises internship role offers hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Interns support daily HR operations, analyze data, and contribute to project reports while learning from business leaders.

We seek motivated students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team. The internship provides real exposure to corporate HR practices in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with assigned projects and daily operations.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting or project summaries.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete deliverables and share insights.
• Take ownership of individual tasks and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Present project findings or outcomes to the HR team and business leaders at the end of the internship.
