Job summary

Americase is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Waxahachie, TX. This full-time, on-site role supports HR operations across multiple sites, handling files, onboarding, benefits communications, and employee inquiries.

You will coordinate temporary staffing, maintain HR records in the HRIS, and assist with payroll support and policy updates while upholding confidentiality. Travel up to 30% to other company sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR, high-volume staffing, or workforce coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital scheduling/calendar systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Team with administrative HR tasks and on-site support across multiple sites.
• Maintain employee and recruiting records in HRIS and other systems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-employment steps.
• Support temporary staffing, onboarding, and terminations.
• Provide benefits enrollment communications and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance.
