Job summary

Lindt USA invites students to join the Lindternship program at our Stratham, New Hampshire headquarters. The HR intern will collaborate with Recruitment and Learning & Development to support projects across the employee lifecycle and help implement a new interview framework and learning modules in WorkDay.

Gain hands-on experience, participate in career development workshops, and attend networking events while contributing to the premium chocolate industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in internships or project-based roles with process and results.
• Proficiency with a computer and MS software.
• Curiosity, initiative and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in recruiting, employee development, learning, or broader employee experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; HR, survey, or design tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the standardized interview framework and hiring resources to support consistent, effective hiring decisions.
• Support recruiting and learning experience improvements, including process enhancements, communications, and leadership development program content.
• Contribute to additional HR priorities based on business needs, as well as intern interests and strengths.
• Additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
