Casey’s HR Systems Analyst role focuses on providing system and process analysis, troubleshooting, and support within the HR Systems team. You will work with HR leaders and team members to optimize the system for efficiency and accuracy, including reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
• At least five years of work experience in an HRIS or related role required.
• Experience with human resources functions and concepts required.
• Experience with systems and/or process implementation is required.
• Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain day-to-day activities, configuration and workflows in HR Systems modules; analyze, create and test processes to ensure data is captured and reported accurately.
• Serve as the SME for HR System modules and processes ensuring data integrity and timely updates; partner with business partners for process improvement.
• Maintain knowledge on report design and creation; implement and maintain various reports or queries.
• Provide support for interfaces and data bridges; assist with design, testing, and maintenance of new interfaces and integrations.
• Partner with vendors and business partners to support system upgrades and data flow across systems.
• Consult with departments on updates requested for HR Systems modules and provide guidance on configuration, testing and implementation.
• Audit and own workflow documentation; assist with communications and training materials.
• Maintain existing system configuration and workflows; assist in scoping and assessing project requests.
