An established industry player is seeking a Compensation HR Business Systems Analyst to join their HR Systems & Solutions Team. This role involves supporting the Workday Compensation capability area while collaborating with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team on complex global cycles. Leidos has an immediate opportunity for a compensation HR Business Systems Analyst in the HR Systems & Solutions Team. The team is responsible for the business configuration and maintenance of the Workday HR Systems supporting the Leidos compensation COE, employees, as well as other downstream systems and processes. The analyst will work in a talented team experienced in Workday and innovative in the approaches to deliver solutions.

Pay Range: Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
