Job summary

Colonial Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Administrator to support and optimize our HR technology stack, including Dayforce HCM, Axonify, and Qualtrics.

You will manage user access, data quality, reporting, and end-user support to ensure reliable platform operations. Collaborating with HR, Talent Development, vendors, and stakeholders, you will implement approved changes and drive continuous improvements in HR technology processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years administering or supporting HR systems, LMS, or engagement platforms preferred.
• Experience with HCM, LMS, or survey platforms is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce HCM, Axonify, Qualtrics, and other HR systems daily.
• Maintain configurations, workflows, reference data, and security settings.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests per policy.
• Lead Axonify administration: provisioning, learning paths, and reports.
• Publish and troubleshoot learning content with Talent Development.
• Support Qualtrics engagement functionality and dashboards.
• Create, run, and distribute HR reports and data extracts.
• Perform data validation and routine audits across systems.
