Job summary

The intern will support HR Business Partners with daily activities, help prepare reports and data analyses, participate in projects on engagement, onboarding and policy updates, and assist with maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student in a four-year Business or HR program with at least two years completed.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Transcript required at time of application.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Summer internship duration May 17, 2027 through August 20, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analyses.
• Contribute to projects on employee engagement, onboarding, and policy updates.
• Maintain accuracy of employee records in HR systems.
• Shadow HR staff during meetings and assist with general admin tasks.
• Follow safety and HR procedures and support events and trainings.
