Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college program with HR alignment.
• Pursuing a degree that aligns with a future HR career.
• Organized with attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional in interactions with team and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR department to deliver meaningful work that contributes to departmental and business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR team members on assigned projects, data entry and analysis, and process documentation.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to develop an aptitude for field of study and business acumen.
• Observe confidentiality in all HR, Client, and Firm matters.
• Collaborate with other departments and summer interns, where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned/needed.
