The internship emphasizes ownership of projects, professional development, and opportunities to engage with senior HR leadership. Open to rising seniors in undergraduate programs, the 10-week summer program runs early June through mid-August in

Qualifications

• Junior standing with at least a 3.0 GPA; HR/Business/Social Sciences major preferred.
• Interest in the Healthcare industry encouraged.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities for groups.
• Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist touchpoint assessment across the employee lifecycle.
• Support talent profiles and succession planning materials.
• Aid HR Business Partners with employee relations and performance management.
• Analyze employee feedback and present insights to HR leadership.
• Support career pathing framework reviews and progression models.
• Prepare HR communications and intranet content.
• Participate in talent acquisition activities including postings and resume screening.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement and belonging initiatives.
• Research HR best practices and benchmarking data.
