Medline Industries, LP invites rising seniors for a 10-week Product Management internship designed to give hands-on experience across product development, marketing, sourcing, sales, and operations. You’ll work with the Product Division and gain exposure to strategic initiatives, vendor negotiations, and market analyses.

The program emphasizes real-world ownership of projects, professional development, and opportunities to present to sales teams.

Qualifications

• Junior standing required
• 3.0 minimum GPA preferred
• Previous internship experience in product management/development, marketing, and/or business preferred
• Active interest in Healthcare industry preferred
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow‑up skills required
• Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups
• Must have strategic, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Division team members and be exposed to all business areas including product development, marketing, sourcing, sales, negotiation, QA, operations, and financial strategies
• Participate in development and launch of new product lines or improvements
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional pieces and packaging
• Research market and perform analyses to identify opportunities to grow the business
• Craft and deliver presentations to sales force and customers
• Negotiate with vendors to meet business goals while maintaining relationships
• Work with Inventory Management to ensure stock levels and service goals
