Responsibilities

• Strategic Support & Advisory Partner with CHRO and HRLT to drive HR strategy
• Prepare briefing materials and updates for ELT meetings, board discussions, town halls
• Provide thought leadership on AI, automation, and technology opportunities in HR
• Offer research and recommendations on HR trends, metrics and issues
• Track progress with HRLT and align with strategic objectives
• Represent CHRO's viewpoint in select forums and ensure communication back to CHRO & HRLT
